Digital Collection

Woody Woodland and Carol Stone, the founders of the Cape May Jazz Festival, donated to the Library a collection of the Festival's documents, photographs, newspaper articles, memorabilia, videos, music CDs and other jazz-related material. Also included are

  • VHS tapes
  • Articles and newspaper clippings about the festivals and various artists
  • Background information about the festivals
  • Programs and pamphlets from each festival
  • Photo albums of various artists performing at the festivals
  • Tee shirts from each festival

The Festival was held semi-annually from 1994 to 2011. Many of the CDs are incorporated into the Library's circulating music CD collection. All other materials may be viewed and enjoyed in the Archives Reading Room.
