Two areas within the library are designated as Quiet Study Zones -- the rear portion of the main floor and the entirety of the upper floor. Talking and group work is prohibited within the Quiet Study Zones. Individual study carrels and comfortable, single-occupant chairs are located throughout these zones.
Please respect your peers by using the Learning Commons or other non-quiet areas of the library for group study or any work that requires discussion.

Most materials in Archives and Special Collections are open for use by the general public, Stockton University faculty, students and alumni. In order to properly ensure the long-term accessibility and preservation of these collections, they do not circulate and must be used by researchers in the designated Reading Room.
There are 11 Study Rooms (10 on the upper floor and 1 on the main floor) and 1 Media Resource Room in the library (See Floor Map). All rooms must be reserved for use. Please click the Study Room Grid or one following room numbers to view availability and make your reservation:

4Room E-154The library's computer lab classroom (E-221) is located on the upper floor of the library. It is used for librarian bibliographic instruction, individual research, and classroom teaching by appointment. It is open for general use during the library's hours of operation, except when reserved for instruction. A daily reservation schedule is posted outside the door.
E-221 is equipped with a lectern that houses a computer and a document camera. The output from these devices is displayed through a ceiling-mounted projector and is controlled from a panel or by a remote control unit, both located on top of the lectern.
The room is also equipped with 30 student computer terminals and a networked printer. All terminals in the room print to this printer.
The Constantelos Hellenic Collection and Reading Room is named in honor of Demetrios J. Constantelos, a researcher in Byzantology and a professor emeritus of History and Religious Studies at Stockton. Born in Spilia, Messenia, Greece, he was ordained a priest of the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of America in 1955 and earned a Ph.D. in Byzantine Civilization at Rutgers University in 1965.
