The Richard E. Bjork Library is part of the Federal Depository Library Program, which means that the library receives copies of documents published by the federal government. Many of the federal government's resources are freely available online to anyone. Some of these are subscription resources and are available to the public free of charge at the Richard E. Bjork Library with a guest computer log-in. They are also available offsite to users who have valid Stockton credentials.
