Current Stockton students, faculty and staff are eligible to use Interlibrary Loan (ILL) to obtain books, articles and other research materials from other institutions, provided Stockton does not own those items.
ILLiad is the service used to manage ILL requests. First-time users of the ILLiad system must create an account. After account creation, borrowers can enter new requests, track and complete active requests, or cancel requests. Many items in the library databases will have an ILL request link within their record.
Borrowers are notified by email when the material arrives. Most articles are posted electronically to the borrower's ILLiad account within 24-48 hours, and books and other materials are available for pickup at the Library's Circulation Desk, typically within 1-2 weeks of ordering.
