As the User Experience Librarian, Eric's responsibilities include the user-centered design and improvement of library services, assessment, library instruction, collection development, and research support for the campus community. He is also the subject librarian for the Business Administration, Communication Studies, Counseling, Digital Studies, Esports Management, Finance, Literature, and Philosophy & Religion programs.
Eric is also the instructor for the first-year seminar course, GEN 1018 - Role-Playing Games. He holds degrees in Library and Information Science, Creative Writing, and Film & Media Arts.
