As the Principal Library Assistant, Tiffiny provides strong customer service to the diverse patron population at Richard E. Bjork Library. Tiffiny oversees Course Reserves for any faculty or staff that wish to add materials for their course in the library for students to access, including by not limited to books, book chapters, journal articles, audio-visual materials, syllabi, and electronic materials.
Tiffiny spends most of her time at the Circulation Desk, where she is always ready to answer any questions and provide help to anyone who needs it.
